There are many animals other than humans, which have self-consciousness. An example of an animal being self-conscious is dolphins. They are highly intelligent. They have a sense of self and they also recognize others among themselves and others. They communicate with each other by whistles, tail-slapping, and other body movements. Not only dolphins, there are certain other animals such as crow, parrot, chimpanzee, gorilla, orangutan, etc., which exhibit self-consciousness.

800 g lead balls are kept in a 1 m long, vertical tube which is a bad conductor and the tube is then closed at both ends. The tube is suddenly inverted so that the balls fall from one end to the other. The temperature of the lead balls increases by 3.89^(@)C after 50 such inversions. Find out the mechanical equivalent of heat assuming that the lead balls have retained the entire amount of heat produced.

Consider the pairs of ethers A to F shown below. To The right of each pairs is a description of reaction conditions to be applied to each. One compound of the pair will react more rapidly than the other. Find out number of reactions in which first ether more rapidly cleaved than second.

Two sides of a square have the equations 5x + 12 y = 10 and 5x + 12y + 29 = 0 and the third side passes through the point (3,5) . Find the equations of the other two sides of the square.

Two bodies, each having a mass of 3kg, collide with each other. One body was at rest and the other was moving with a 4 m cdot s^(-1) velocity. After collision they combine with each other. Find out the heat produced as a result of this collision. Mechanical equivalent of heat = 4.2 J cdot cal^(-1) .

Consider a region in free space bounded by the surfaces of an imaginary cube having sides of length a as shown in the diagram. A charge +Q is placed at the centre O of the cube. P is such a point outside the cube that the line OP perpendicularly intersects the surface ABCD at R and also OR=a//2 . A charge +Q is placed at point P also. What is the total electric flux through the five faces of the cube other than ABCD?
