Can you suggest a method to remove oil (hydrocarbon) from seeds based on your understanding of rDNA technology and chemistry of oil?

Gene for formation of oil in a seed should be removed with the help of restriction endonuclease. This DNA should be treated with DNA ligase to form seal DNA at broken ends when such cells are grown on suitable nutrient medium, they will form plants. Seeds from such plants will not have oil in them.
