Let `(r+1)^ th ` term in the expansion of `(x-2 y)^12` is `T_r+1= ^12 C_r x^12-r(-2 y)`
`T_4=T_3+1= ^12 C_3 x^12-3(-2 y)^3=220 xx x^9 x-8 y^3=-1760 x^9 y^3`
