(d) The filtrate in isotonic to blood plasma (in proximal convoluted tubule) and the filtrate becomes hupertonic to blood plasma (in descending limb to loop of Henle) the filtrate is hypotonic ot blood plasma ( in ascending limb at loop of Henle) in distal convoluted tubule ADH make the filtrate isotonic to blood plasma.
