S lies is the 3rd, As in the 4 th Sr and Xe lie in the fifth period. Except noble gases in general ionisation energy of the elements decreases as the serial number of the period increases. Thus ionisation enthalpies of S and as are higher than that of Sr but Xe being the noble gas has the highest enthlpy . thus Sr has the lowest ionisation enthalpy.
