Since , Median =24, it lies in the class 20-30.
`M=l_(1)+(N/(2)-c.f.)/(f)xxi`
`24=20+(55+f_(1)/(2)-30)/(f_(1))xx10`
`4=(55+f_(1)/(2)-30)/(f_(1))xx10`
`rArr4f_(1)=((55+f_(1))/(2)-30)xx10`
`rArr4f_(1)=((55+f_(1))/(2)-60)xx10`
`rArr4f_(1)=((f_(1)-5)/(2))xx10`
`rArr 8f_(1)=10f_(1)-50`
`rArr5f_(1)=50`
`rArrf_(1)=(50)/(2)=25`
