`H_3PO_3` undergoes disproportionstion reaction but `H_3PO_4` does not

In +3 oxidation state of phosphorus tends to disproportionate to higher and lower oxidation states / Oxidation state of P in `H_3PO_3` is +3 so it undergoes disproportionation but in `H_3PO_4` it is +5 which is the highest oxidation state, so it cannot.
