Tubular reabsorption is the process by which vital contituents of blood like glucose, amino acids, Na, K+CI, HCO3 etc, and large amount of water are absorbed from the glomerular fultrate by the epithelial cells of renal tubules and passed to the surrounding blood capillaries.
