Ketose : Monosaccharide which contains a ketonic `( gt C=O)` group are called ketone.
e.g., `CH_(2)OHCOCH_(2)OH` (Dihydroxyacetone).
`CH_(2)OH(CHOH)_(3) COCH_(2)OH` (Fructose).
