Comment on the statement : All Bronsted bases are also Lewis bases but all Bronsted acids are not Lewis acids.

The given statement is true. Lewis bases generally contain one or more lone pairs of electrons and therefore they can also accept a proton. Hence all Lewis bases also act as Bronsted bases. On the other hand, several Lewis acids, e.g., `BCl_3, AICI_3, Ag^(+) ,Fe^(3+) ` , etc., are unable to furnish protons in solution. Therefore, they cannot act as Bronsted acids. Hence, all Lewis acids are not Bronsted acids.
