What aspect of a reaction is infuenced by presence of catalyst which increases the rate or possibility of the reaction?

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

Catalyst lowers down the activation energy ạd providés an alternative path to the reaction. The number of molecules possessing activation energy will increase at the same témperature and number of effective collision will increase, hence rate of réaction will increase.
