A wheel rotates with a constant acceleration of `2.0(rad)/s^2`. If the wheel starts from rest, how many revolutions will it make in the first 10 seconds?

The angular displacement in the first 10 seconds is ginven by
`theta=omega_0t+1/2alphat^2=1/2(2.0rad/s^2)(10s)^=10rad`.
As the whel turns by `2pi` radian in each revolution, the number of revolutions in 10 s is
`n=100/(2pi)=16`
