`[-4,-pi] cup [0,pi]`

`f(x)=sqrt(sinx)+sqrt(16-x^(2))`
or ` sinx ge 0 " and " 16-x^(2) ge 0`
or `2n pi le x le (2n+1)pi " and " -4 le x le 4`
Therefore, domain is `[-4,-pi] cup [0,pi].`
