In o - nitrophenol, there exists intramolecular H-bonding which makes it more volatile whereas in p-nitrophenol, intermolecular hydrogen bonding exists, which makes it less volatile. That.s why, o-nitrophenol has lower boiling point than p-nitrophenol.
