By Gauss law, `phi = (q_("in"))/(epsilon_(0))`
Here, since Q is kept at the corner so only `(q)/(8)` charge is inside the cube. (since complete charge can be enclosed by 8 such cubes)
`:. q_("in") = (Q)/(8)`
So, `phi = (q_("in"))/(epsilon_(0)) = (Q)/(8 epsilon_(0))`
