`(overset(+1)Agoverset(-3)NH_(3))_(2)^(+)+2H^(+)rarroverset(+1)Ag+(23overset(-3)NH_(4))^(+)`
Since there is no change in O.N of the lements ivolved in the reaction there is neither oxidation nor reduction therefore , this is not a disportionation reaction
`overset(0)CI_(2)+2OH^(-)rarr overset(-1)CI^(-)+overset(+1)(CIO)^(-)+H_(2)O`
In this reaction , `CI_(2)` is reduced to `CI^(-)` ion and is also oxidised to `CIO^(-)` ion. This is na example of disproportionation reaction.
