Current Ratio =`("Current Assets")/("Current Liabilites")=(Rs 400000)/(Rs 160000)=2.5:1`
Working Capital =Current Assets - Current Liabilites
Current Liabilities =Current Assets-Working Capital
=Rs400000-Rs 240000=Rs 160000.
Note Inventories ar already included in Current Assets .Hence ,will not be added to current Assets.
