First applying KVL on left mesh
`2-3I_(1)-2I_(1)=0`
`I_(1)=0.4` amp.
Now applying KVL on right mesh.
`4 - 5I_(2)-3I_(2)=0`
`I_(2)= 0.5` amp.
Potential difference between points A and B
`V_(A)+3I_(1)+4-3I_(2)=V_(B)`
`V_(A)-V_(B)=-3(0.4)-4+3)(0.5)`
`=-3.7` volt.
