Why is the enzyme cellulase needed for isolating genetic material from plant cells and not from the animal cells?

Plant cells have cell wall made up of cellulose where as animal cells lack cell wall and do not contain cellulase. Therefore, the enzyme cellulase is needed for isolating genetic material for plant cells only.
