Factorize the splitting the middle term: `x^2+3sqrt(3)x+6`

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

`x^2+3sqrt(3)x+6`
Splitting the middle term, we get
`=x^2+2sqrt(3)x+sqrt(3)x+6`
`= x^2+2sqrt(3)x+sqrt(3)x+(sqrt(3))(2sqrt(3))`
`= x(x+2sqrt(3))+sqrt(3)(x+2sqrt(3))`
`=(x+2sqrt(3))(x+sqrt(3))`
Therefore,
`x^2+3sqrt(3)x+6 = (x+2sqrt(3))(x+sqrt(3))`
