JEE Main 2025 Application Form

JEE Main is a national examination organized by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for students aiming to enroll in top engineering institutions in India, including IITs and NITs. The exam is held in two sessions each year, with the first session in January and the second in April. The form for JEE Main 2025 January session will be available in November 2024, while the form for the April session can be filled out starting in March 2025. Candidates whose AADHAR has been verified can correct the following details:

1. Names of Father or Mother:- Candidates can change either the father's name or the mother's name, but not both.

2. Category:- Candidates can change their category by uploading the relevant category certificate (if applicable) or re-upload the category certificate. Doing both is not permissible.

3.  Subcategory:- Candidates can change their subcategory status by either uploading the relevant certificate or re-uploading it.

4.     City preference:- Candidates can change their preference of exam city for JEE Main 2025.

5.     Medium:- Candidates are given the opportunity to change the medium of the exam.

6.     Qualification:- Candidates can change the details of Class 12th and 10th qualifications.

7.   Course:- Candidates can change the courses they had earlier selected while filling out the application form for JEE Main 2025. They are also allowed to add more courses of their preference.

Candidates whose AADHAR had not been verified can correct the following details:-

1. Name of the candidate or father or mother:- Candidates can change their own name, father's name, or mother's name. Changing only one of these three is permissible.
2. Date of Birth:- AADHAR non-verified candidates can change their date of birth during the correction. 
3. Gender:- AADHAR non-verified candidates can also change their gender in the application form during the correction.
4. Category:- Candidates can change their category by uploading the relevant category certificate (if applicable), or they can re-upload the category certificate.
5. Subcategory:- Candidates can change their subcategory, i.e., PwD status, by uploading the relevant PwD certificate or re-upload the category certificate.
6. City preference:- Candidates can change their preference of exam city for JEE Main 2025.
7. Medium:- Candidates will be given the opportunity to change the medium of the exam.
8. Qualification:- Candidates can change the details of qualifications of Class 10th and 12th.

3.0JEE Main Form Correction 2025 - Steps to Make Changes

To correct the JEE Main 2025 application form, follow the step-by-step process of JEE Main application correction given below:-

1. Candidates have to go to the official website of NTA for JEE main, i.e. jeemain.nta.ac.in, and log in with their registration number and password.

2. JEE Main Correction in Application Form 2025 link will be generated. Candidates must click on that, read the given instructions, and then click on the "Proceed for JEE Main correction" window.
3. The application form of the candidate will be shown on the screen.
4. Candidates can now make the necessary changes (that are permissible). Following that, they have to click on the 'Submit' button to confirm the submission of the corrected form.
5. Once the correction procedure is done, the candidates should take the printout of the corrected application form.

4.0Important Points of JEE Main Application Form

1.  If a candidate provides wrong or inappropriate information in the application form, his/her application will be rejected.

3.   NTA does not allow the students to correct their entire application form. Only some specific areas, like the name of parents, course, category, city preference, etc., can be corrected. 4.  Candidates need to pay extra fees to make corrections in some areas, like changing the category from SC/ST to Gen/OBC-NCL.
