1.0Information about JEE Advanced Exam

The scheduled date for the JEE Advanced 2025 exam is on 18 May 2025, and it will be organized by IIT Kanpur. The application window will open in April 2025. According to the timeline specified for JEE Advanced, the admit cards will be issued in May 2025. IIT Kanpur plans to release the provisional answer keys in June 2025, tentatively, and the final JEE Advanced 2025 results are expected to be declared in June 2025. The JEE Advanced exam is conducted only in online mode. The students have to take the exam on the computer. The questions will be multiple-choice type, so there is no problem.
The students will be given three hours for each of the two papers of JEE Advanced 2025. The exam will be computer-based, and students should keep track of time to ensure that they complete the exam on time and that they have answered the questions they solved.
There is a negative marking for some of the sections. For instance, in MCQs, one mark is deducted for every wrong answer.
