Ans. The NCERT Course is taught through live online classes. It helps students cover the syllabus thoroughly with clear explanations, doubt solving, and subjective answer writing practice. The course ensures a strong concept building of all subjects strictly as per the official NCERT curriculum.
Note: The NCERT course offered is strictly based on the syllabus published on the official NCERT website for the Academic Session 2025-26. Any subsequent changes or revisions made by NCERT to the syllabus during the session will be addressed in accordance with our Policy on Mid-Session Adoption of Updated NCERT Syllabus.
Q.2 What subjects are covered in this course, and does it also cover the Board syllabus?
Ans. This online course covers all major subjects - Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, English, and Social Science with a dedicated focus on the standard syllabus for CBSE students. Our expert-designed program aligns perfectly with CBSE (NCERT) curriculum requirements, ensuring complete support for the Board Exam syllabus.
Q.3 What learning resources will students receive for each chapter?
Ans. Each chapter in this course is supported with comprehensive learning materials, including:

Q.4 When and how will the live class recordings be available?
Ans. Recordings of live classes will be available for students to watch after every live class completion, anytime during the course, through both the ALLEN app and the website.
Q.5 What will be the language of study materials and lectures?
Ans. Study materials are provided exclusively in English. Live lectures will be delivered either in English or in a mix of English and Hindi, depending on the course chosen by the student.
Q.6 Will I get hard copies of the study material, and when will they be delivered?
Ans. Yes, you will receive both hard copies and soft copies (downloadable/printable) of the study material. The printed material will have chapter-wise theory and exercises. It will be delivered within 15–30 days of the course start/enrollment date (whichever is later).
NCERT Course study material will be delivered in two sets – the first set as mentioned above, and the second in June/July.
Q.7 What will be the weekly class schedule, timings, and exam breaks during the course?
Ans. For Class 10 – Weekday Course 3 classes per day, on any 4 days between Monday to Saturday
Each class is 45 minutes long
Classes are held in the evening (tentative: 5:55 PM – 8:30 PM)
There will also be a mid-term break of about 2–3 weeks in September to help students manage their school exams. The details of holidays, breaks, and the complete yearlong academic plan are included in the course brochure. Students are advised to refer to the brochure for the full schedule.
Q.8 Are the live lectures and study materials available on both the app and the website?
Ans. The live lectures and study materials will be accessible both through the app and the website.
Q.9 What options are there for students to clarify their doubts?
Ans. Doubts can be addressed during the live classes via a chat feature in the app. For ongoing or new queries, students may post their questions on the ALLEN app or seek clarification during dedicated live doubt sessions.
Q.10 Will there be any tests in this course and how can students check their performance?
Ans. Yes, the course includes objective and subjective type tests conducted at regular intervals as per the following type:-
Objective Practice Tests : Chapter-wise objective practice tests are available to develop concepts & calculations of topics in the chapters.
NCERT Focused Part Syllabus tests: 7-9 Part Syllabus Objective & Subjective tests will be conducted based on the NCERT Syllabus.
Students and parents can review the test wise performance in detail under the Past Tests tab through the Tests section. Students can also analyse performance across tests.
Q.11 For subjective exams, does the student need to send the answer sheet through postal service?
Ans. For subjective exams, the student needs to follow these steps:
Write answers on ruled paper in clear and legible handwriting.
Take a clear photo of the answer sheet.
Upload the photo(s) in page number order on the designated portal.
The digital copies will be checked and will be shared back to you on the same portal.
Q.12 Where can students find the periodic test planner and detailed syllabus?
Ans. The complete periodic test planner and syllabus are provided in the notice board section of ALLEN app after the commencement of the course.
Q.13 Will mentorship support be available in this course?
Ans. Yes, a dedicated mentor will be assigned to enrolled students within a week or two from the course commencement date and it will continue throughout the duration of the course.
Q.14 What is the refund policy for this course?
Ans. Refunds are available as per the refund rules. If a student applies for a refund within the specified timeline after admission, the fee will be refunded after deducting the applicable charges. Once the refund period is over, no refund requests will be accepted.
