Q1. What does the Foundation NEET + Olympiad Course include?
Ans. The Foundation NEET + OLYMPIAD program is a comprehensive, 2-year course (Classes 9 & 10) designed to build a strong academic base for students aiming for medical competitive exams like NEET.
Foundation Course will be covered through live online classes and Olympiad course will be covered through recorded video lectures.
The Foundation NEET Course is the main program. It is taught through live online classes where faculties explain concepts, solve doubts, and build problem-solving skills for future career exams like NEET. This early initiation facilitates a significantly smoother transition later to challenging competitive examinations such as NEET.
Along with this, Students also get an Olympiad Course in the form of recorded self-study material, which supports preparation for national-level competitive exams. This course develops critical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
Note: The Olympiad course is based on the NCERT syllabus published for the Academic Session 2025–26. Any changes made by NCERT later, or their impact on the Olympiad exam pattern during the same session or in upcoming sessions, will NOT be reflected in the study material or recorded lectures for session 2026-27.
Q2. What subjects will be covered in this Course?
Ans. This course covers Physics, Chemistry and Biology in live lectures and recorded lectures of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Mental Ability, English and Social Science will be provided according to the syllabus of different Olympiads. For a detailed list of chapters kindly refer to the syllabus attached with the course.
Q3. Does this Online course also cover the school syllabus?
Ans. No, the live online course does not cover any school syllabus. It focuses specifically on preparing the students for future career exams, providing targeted content and skills development that may not align with the standard school/NCERT curriculum.
Q4. What learning resources will students receive for each chapter?
Ans. Each chapter in this course is supported with comprehensive learning materials, including:
- Live Section: Interactive live classes by subject experts with PowerPoint presentations, animations, and graphics.
- Recorded Section: Expert-led recorded video lectures with engaging explanations, animations, and visual aids.
- Detailed concept explanations with real-life examples and everyday applications
- Chapter-end exercises for practice.
- Class notes (handouts)in PDF format, accessible only through the app.
- Regular Daily Practice Problems (DPPs) & Check Your Learning assignments (both in downloadable and printable format).
- Olympiad-based practice tests for every chapter.
- Homework - Regular assignments to strengthen concepts and build consistent study habits.
- Custom Practice - Personalized practice sets designed as per each student’s learning needs.
- Revision classes - Conducted during the mid-term exam break and again after the entire syllabus is completed.
NOTE : Students will receive learning resources only for their current class at the start of each academic session.
Q5. When and how will the recorded lectures be available, including live class recordings?
Ans. Students will have access only to the recorded lectures of their current class. For example, students in Class 9 will have access to Class 9 recordings only, and students in Class 10 will have access to Class 10 recordings only. Recordings for each class, including live class recordings, will be available from April to March of the respective academic year. Upon promotion, access will shift to recordings of the next class for the new academic year.
Q6. What will be the language of study materials and lectures?
Ans. Study materials are provided exclusively in English. Live and recorded lectures will be delivered either in English or in a mix of English and Hindi, depending on the course chosen by the student.
Q7. Will I get hard copies of the study material, and when will they be delivered?
Ans. Yes, you will receive both hard copies and soft copies (downloadable/printable) of the study material. The printed material will have chapter-wise theory and exercises. It will be delivered within 15–30 days of the course start/enrollment date (whichever is later)
- For the Foundation Live Course and Olympiad Recorded Course, both the complete set will be delivered in one go.
- Students will receive study material only for their current class at the start of each academic session.
Q8. What will be the weekly class schedule, timings, and exam breaks during the course?
Ans. For Class 9 and 10 – Weekday Course (Monday to Saturday)
- 3 classes per day, on any 3 days
- Each class is 45 minutes long
- Classes are held in the evening (tentative: 5:55 PM – 8:30 PM)
For Class 9 and 10 – Weekend Course (Saturday & Sunday)
- Saturday: 3 classes of 45 minutes each (tentative: 5:55 PM – 8:30 PM)
- Sunday: 4 classes of 55 minutes each (tentative: 9:00 AM – 1:10 PM)
There will also be a mid-term break of about 2–3 weeks in September to help students manage their school exams. The details of holidays, breaks, and the complete yearlong academic plan are included in the course brochure. Students are advised to refer to the brochure for the full schedule.
Q9. Are the live lectures and study materials available on both the app and the website?
Ans. The live lectures and study materials will be accessible both through the app and the website.
Q10. What options are there for students to clarify their doubts?
Ans. Doubts can be addressed during the live classes via a chat feature in the app. For ongoing or new queries, students may post their questions on the ALLEN app or seek clarification during dedicated live doubt sessions.
Q.11 Will there be any tests in this course and how can students check their performance?
Ans. Yes, the course includes objective-type tests conducted at regular intervals as per the following type:
- Objective Practice Tests : Chapter-wise objective practice tests are available to develop concepts & calculations of topics in the chapters .
- Foundation Course Focused Part Syllabus Objective tests : 7-9 objective-type tests conducted at regular intervals in every academic session.
- Olympiad Focused Part Syllabus Objective tests: 5-7 Part Syllabus Objective tests will be conducted based on the Olympiad Syllabus in every academic session.
- Olympiads-Specific Mock Tests: Olympiads-specific Mock Tests will also be conducted to practice a particular Olympiad. This will help to secure good ranks in the various Olympiads.
Students and parents can review the test wise performance in detail under the Past Tests tab through the Tests section. Students can also analyse performance across tests.
Q12. Where can students find the periodic test planner and detailed syllabus?
Ans. The complete periodic test planner and syllabus are provided in the notice board section of ALLEN app after the commencement of the course.
Q13. Will mentorship support be available in this course?
Ans. Yes, a dedicated mentor will be assigned to enrolled students within a week or two from the course commencement date and it will continue throughout the duration of the course.
Q14. What is the refund policy for this course?
Ans. Refunds are available as per the refund rules. If a student applies for a refund within the specified timeline after admission, the fee will be refunded after deducting the applicable charges. Once the refund period is over, no refund requests will be accepted.
