Live Class FAQs
Live class schedule is visible on the homepage. You can see the list of all your scheduled classes by selecting "see more." In case your schedule is not visible, please reach out to our support team at +91-9513736499.
Usually, your faculty will join the live class on time. However, if the faculty hasn't joined even after 10 minutes, you will get a notification indicating that the class is either canceled or rescheduled. We will reschedule the class as soon as possible, and update your class schedule.
In case your scheduled live class is not visible on the home page of your ALLEN app or website, please contact the support team at +91-9513736499.
To join a live class, login to your ALLEN App or allen.in and click on "Join Class" for the class you would like to attend. For other scheduled classes, please check your Allen app. In case you are not able to join a scheduled class please contact support team at +91-9513736499.

Yes, all live classes are recorded. You can find the recording after 2 hours of its scheduled time. To find a recorded class, Login to your ALLEN app, click on 'explore', and pick the subject and topic to find the recording.

Class notes are updated after the class ends. To find class notes on your ALLEN app, click on 'My Subject', then pick the subject and topic to find class notes for that class. If you are still not able to see notes, please contact the support team at +91-9513736499.
