Live Class FAQs

If your batch has started and you have just enrolled, please wait 24 hours for the schedule to reflect on your end. In case the batch has not started yet, you will be notified about the class schedule well in advance.

Log into your ALLEN account. Go to Explore > Schedule. You will be able to see your schedule for the day. Click on the calendar icon if you want to access the schedule for any other day. The schedule gets updated between Saturday and Sunday for the upcoming week.

To join a live class, login to your ALLEN app or website, go to Explore, scroll down to "Schedule". You will see your ongoing live class there. Click "join now" to enter the live class.

A class is marked only when the student attends more than 50% of it. This time excludes the delay in starting the class, if any. Also, if due to network issues, if the student logs out and in multiple times, the time between the in and out times is added to calculate the total time of class attended. We highly encourage students to attend the complete class so that they don’t miss out on important concepts. Note: due to any issues if the live class is missed due to network or any other issues at the student end, the class will be marked as absent and no re-considerations will be taken up Overall attendance is calculated from the batch start date or student batch allocation date whichever is later. For batch, phase change: Attendance would be calculated across the both set of classes

The live class schedule gets updated every Saturday for the next week.

The recorded lectures are uploaded within 2-3 hours from the class end time. Log into your account > Study > Select a subject > Select a topic.You should be able to view it's recorded lecture.

Class notes are added within 2-3 hours from the class end time. Go to your study planner, select the date of the class, select the lecture and you will have the class notes and class recording present there.

Usually, your faculty will join the live class on time. However, if the faculty hasn't joined even after 10 minutes, you will get a notification indicating that the class is either canceled or rescheduled. We will reschedule the class as soon as possible, and update your class schedule.

Yes, you may enroll in more than 1 course at a time. To purchase another course, please go to the Courses Offeredpage.

To access the content of the desired batch, go to the top right corner of the homepage, select "Change Course" and choose the course you want to access.
