If your batch has started and you have just enrolled, please wait 24 hours for the schedule to reflect on your end. In case the batch has not started yet, you will be notified about the class schedule well in advance.

Log into your ALLEN account. Go to Explore > Schedule. You will be able to see your schedule for the day. Click on the calendar icon if you want to access the schedule for any other day. The schedule gets updated between Saturday and Sunday for the upcoming week.

To join a live class, login to your ALLEN app or website, go to Explore, scroll down to "Schedule". You will see your ongoing live class there. Click "join now" to enter the live class.

The recorded lectures are uploaded within 2-3 hours from the class end time. Log into your account > Study > Select a subject > Select a topic.You should be able to view it's recorded lecture.

Class notes are added within 2-3 hours from the class end time. Go to your study planner, select the date of the class, select the lecture and you will have the class notes and class recording present there.

Usually, your faculty will join the live class on time. However, if the faculty hasn't joined even after 10 minutes, you will get a notification indicating that the class is either canceled or rescheduled. We will reschedule the class as soon as possible, and update your class schedule.

Yes, you may enroll in more than 1 course at a time. To purchase another course, please go to the Courses Offered page.

To access the content of the desired batch, go to the top right corner of the homepage, select "Change Course" and choose the course you want to access.
