`(i)` It is given that,
`p:` the sum of an irrational number and a rational number is irrational
Now, let us suppose that the given statement `p` is false.
It means that the sum of an irrational number and `sqrta` rational number is rational.
Then, it can be stated that,

Where, `a` is an irrational number and `b,c,d,e` are rational numbers.
