If one end of a diameter of the circle `x^(2)+y^(2)-4x-6y+11=0` is (3, 4), then find the coordinates of the other end of the diameter.

The correct Answer is:
B

The centre of the given circle `x^2+y^2-4x-6y+11=0` is `(2,3)` ,
Let the other end of diameter be `(x_1y_1)`,
Since , centere `=((x_1+3)/2,(y_1+4)/2)`
`therefore (2,3)=((x_1+3)/(2),(y_1+4)/(2))`
`rArr 2=(x_1+3)/(2),3=(y_1+4)/(2)`
`therefore x_1=1,y_1=2`
Hence , coordinates of other end of the diameter is `(1,2)` .
