`therefore f((3x + x^(3))/(1+3x^(2))) - f((2x)/(1+x^(2)))`
`=log[(1+((3x +x^(3))/(1+3x^(2))))/(1-((3x +x^(2))/(1+3x^(2))))] - log((1+(2x)/(1+x^(2)))/(1-(2x)/(1+x^(2))))`
