`:.vec(c)=(3vec(a)+5vec(b))/(8)`
`=(3vec(a)+5vec(b))/(3+5)=(5vec(b)+3vec(a))/(5+3)`
`:.vec(c)` divides AB internally in the ratio `5:3`
