`|[x+1,x-1],[x-3,x+2]| = |[4,-1],[1,3]| `
`|[4,-1],[1,3]| = 4**3-1(-1) = 12+1 = 13`
`:. |[x+1,x-1],[x-3,x+2]| = 13`
Now, applying `R_2 -> R_2-R_1` on left side,
`=>|[x+1,x-1],[-4,3]| = 13`
`=>3(x+1)-(-4)(x-1) = 13`
`=>3x+3+4x-4 = 13`
`=>7x = 14`
