Because, n = c/v, the velocity of light will be minimum in the medium, whose refractive index is maximum. The refractive index of three media A, B and C are as Follow:
`n_(A)=(sin i)/(sin 15^(@)), n_(B)=( sin i)/( sin 25^(@)), n_(C)=( sin i)/(sin 35^(@))`.
As `sin 15^(@) lt sin 25^(@) lt sin 35^(@)`, hence refractive index will be maximum for the medium A. This in turn implies that velocity will be minimum in medium in medium A.
