Tracha and large bronci are lined by pascudostraified culiated columnar epithelium bearing glandular cells (mucous gland ). The secretion of of mucous glands keeps the walls of trachea and large bronchi moist and traps dust particles which the air . The vibratile cilia of the epithelim then carry the mucous containing dust paricles upto the larynx wher they can be spietted out .
