`103 mL` of carbon dioxide was collected at `27^(@)C` and `763 mm` pressure. What will be its volume if the pressure is changed to `721 mm` at the same temperature?

`{:("Given conditions","Final conditions"),(V_(1)=103mL, V_(2)=?mL),(P_(1)=750mm, P_(2)=721 mm):}`
By applying Boyle's law since temperature is constant,
`P_(2)xxV_(2)=P_(1)xxV_(1)`
Substituting the corresponding values, we have
`721xxV_(2)=763xx103`
or `V_(2)=(763xx103)/(721)=109 mL`
Therefore, the volume of carbon dioxide is `109 mL`.
