`[overset(Θ)OH] = C alpha = 0.1 xx2xx10^(-2) = 2xx10^(-3)M`
`pOH =- log (2xx10^(-3)) =- 0.3 +3 = 2.7`
`pH = 14 - 2.7 = 11.3`.
