What is the `pH` of `0.001 M` aniline solution? The ionization constant of aniline `4.27xx10^(-10)`. Calculate the degree of ionization of aniline in the solution. Also calculate the ionization constant of the conjustant acid of aniline.

i. Aniline is a `W_(B)`
`K_(b)=4.27xx10^(-10)`,
`pK_(b)=-log(4.27xx10^(-10))=-0.62+10=9.38`
`pOH_(W_(B))=1/2(9.381-log10^(-3))`
`=12.381//2=6.19~~6.2`
`pH=14-6.2=7.8`
ii. `K_(b)=Calpha^(2)`
`alpha=sqrt(K_(b)/c)=((4.27xx10^(-10))/10^(-3))^(1//2)=6.53xx10^(-4)`
iii. For conjugate acid of aniline
`pK_(a)=14-pK_(b)=14-9.38=4.62`
`K_(a)=Antilog (-4.62)= Antilog(-4-0.62+1-1)`
Anitilog `bar(5).38=2.4xx10^(-5)`
