Steric crowding is not large enough to prevent free rotation about `(C-C)` single bond, so energy of separation between various invertomers is low and consequently non-isoable.
Due to the bulky group at ortho positions, free rotation is restricted as the two rings become nearly perpendicular and hence the energy of seperation between the isomers is high and consequenctly isolable.
