If [[y+2x,5],[-x,3]]=[[7, 5],[-2 ,3]],` find the value of `y`

`=> y+2x = 7, -x = -2`
`=>x = 2`
Putting value of `x`,
`y+2(2) = 7`
`=>y = 7-4`
`=>y = 3`
