if the radius, height and volume of the cone be r unit , h unit and V cubic -unit respectively , then `V=(1)/(3)pi r^2h`
Now , if the volume of the cone be `V_1` cubic- unit when its radius and height be doubled , then `V_(1)=(1)/(3)pi(2r)^2.2h=(1)/(3)pi.4r^2.2h=8.(1)/(3)pi r^2h=8V`.
`therefore` if the radius and height of a right circular cone be doubled its volume will be 8 times of the previous volume.
`therefore` (d) is correct.
