B

Let AB intersect the greater one of tow concentric circles with centre at O at the points A and B and the smaller one at C and D .
Let ` OP bot CD , therefore OP bot AB`.
`therefore P` is the mid-point of both CD and AB.
`therefore PC = PD and PA = PB`
Now BD = PD [ by the figure ]
= PA - PC [ `because PB = PA and PD = PC]`
= AC
= 5 cm [ `because AC = 5 ` cm given]
`therefore ` lenght of BD = 5cm
`therefore` (b) is correct .
