If `sec5A=cosec(A+36^(@))and5A` is a positive acute angle, than find the value of A.

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

Given that `sec5A=cosec(A+36^(@))`
or, `cosec(90^(@)-5A)=cosec(A+36^(@))`
`implies90^(@)-5A=A+36^(@)`
`implies-5A-A=36^(@)-90^(@)`
`implies-6A=-54^(@)`
`impliesA=(-54^(@))/(-6)`
`impliesA=9^(@)`
Hence of required value of A is `9^(@)`.
