A

Colour of transition metal complex is dependent on energy difference between `t_(2g) and e_(g)`. Sets of d-orbitals, nature of ligand and type of complex formed. D-dtransition is possible in `d^(1)to d^(9)` ions. That is why such ion complexes are coloured. On the hand`d^(0) and d^(10)` ions cannot show d-d transition,hence colourless.
`Therefore, ZnSO_(4) and TiO_(2)` are white
