Potential difference across `R_1and R_3` is independent of time
and remains constant. So current in them remains constant.
Veriation in current will occur only in `R_2`. So
`i_1 =(V)/(R_1) = constant, i_2 = i_0e^(-t//R_2C)`
where `i_0 = (V)/(R_2) and i_3 = (v)/(R_3)`
