Find the current supplied by the source ...

Find the current supplied by the source in fig the resistors are mounted around in a cylindrical form.

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

The given circuit can be redrawn as
follows:
`(1)/(R') = (1)/(2) +(1)/(2) +(1)/(2) or R' = (2)/(3) Omega`
`:. R_(Total) = 2 + (2)/(3) +2 = (14)/(3)Omega.`
Hence, `I = (V)/(R ) = (14xx3)/(14) = 3A`
