`N of H_(2)O_(2)=5.6` volume of `O_(2)`
`3N of H_(2)O_(2)=3xx5.6=16.8` volume of `O_(2)` (volume stregth of `H_(2)O_(2)`)
Volume of `O_(2)` produced by `H_(2)O_(2) at STP`
=Volume of `O_(2)xx`Volume strength of `H_(2)O_(2)`
`=200mLxx16.8=3360 mL`
Same volume will be produced by `KMnO_(4)=3360 mL`
Total volume of `O_(2)` produced `=3360+3360=6720=6.72 L`

A solution of H_(2)O_(2) labelled as '20 V' was left open. Due to this some, H_(2)O_(2) decomposed and volume strength of the solution decreased . To determine the new volume strength of the H_(2)O_(2) solution, 10 mL of the solution was taken and it was diluted to 100 mL . 10 mL of this diluted solution was titrated against 25 mL of 0.0245 M KMnO_(4) solution under acidic condition.
