Two uses of `CiO_2`:
(i). `CiO_2` acts as strong oxidising and chlorinating agent. Hence it is used for bleaching wood pulp and cellulose and purifying drinking water.
(ii). `CiO_2` acts as an excellent bleaching agent. Hence it is used for bleaching flour to make white bread.
