b.

ii. cis-compound w.r.t. C-1 (OH) and C-2 (Me), two eliminating groups (OH) and (Me) are in cis (syn) position.
iii. Pinacol-pinacolone rerrangement does not occur. instead dehydration takes by the the ring contration to give cyclopentyl derivative.
