What is Nephritic Syndrome?      

Glomerulonephritis which is also termed as nephritic syndrome occurs due to the swelling of the glomerulus which is the functional units of kidney. It alters the barrier of filtration and further upshots either microscopic or macroscopic haematuria, proteinuria, leukocyturia and impaired kidney function where no proof of evidence is exhibited. So it may result in sterility and hypertension. However, it cannot be stated as a nephrotic syndrome.
