In this lesson, we will discuss arthritis, its types and arthritis treatment. For all age groups and sexes, arthritis is a very common disease. It happens to be the most common cause of disability that affects more than 20 million individuals worldwide. So, this makes it much difficult for individuals to stay physically active.  Basically, it refers to the inflammation of joints. It should be noted that there are different types of arthritis, and it proves to be a rheumatic condition where ‘wear and tear’ is another name of arthritis.  So, we will first start with types of arthritis and then move on further.

When it comes to the types of arthritis, there are 100 types of identified arthritis. But among these, the most common types of arthritis are osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and gout.
