Given equation is
`x^4-16x^3+86x^2-176x+105=0`
We know that `s_1 =-(a_1)/(a_0) =9160/(1)=16`
`s_2=(a_2)/(a_0)=(86)/(1) =86 `
`s_3 =-(a_3)/(a_0)=(176)/(1)=176 `
`s_4=(a_4)/(a_0)=(105)/(1)=105`
