In Figure , `O` , is the origin , corresponding to `( 0 h , 0 km)`. The point `P` corresponds to `( 4h , 75 km)`. The straight line `OP` indicates that the object moves from `P` to `P` with a uniform speed `= ( 75)/(4) = 18.75 km//h`. It represents a real situation.
The point `Q` corresponds to `( 14 h , 75 km)` . As straight line `PQ` is parallel to time axis , speed of the object is zero . It means the object is stationary for `10` hours. It represents a real situation.
The point `R` corresponds to `( 10 h , 0 km)`. The straight line `QR` represents decrease in both the time and the distance . The situation is not real . Neither time nor distance has a backward journey.
